Distribution
Marketing of the group’s own output and of the ranges it distributes, on the domestic market and for export.

We support companies and institutions in carrying out their transformations. Our practice rests on a constant rule: to work within a defined scope, with the teams in place, and to organize our exit from the outset.
Framing
Assessment of the existing situation, definition of scope, sequencing of the work and success criteria set before launch.
Execution
Steering of the transformation alongside the partner’s teams, against verifiable milestones rather than a single deliverable.
Transfer
Training of the teams and transmission of methods, until the partner operates without us what has been put in place.

We design the systems and the models that support our partners' activity. Ownership of the data and of the brand remains vested in them, and the skills are transferred to their teams.

Architecture, technical framework and deployment to production: the foundations that must hold before a model or a tool is chosen.
